LIVESCAN RATES: Rolling Fee:  $ 20.00 Travel Fee:  $ 20.00 minimum, call for a quote. Above fees are in addition to the appropriate government fees such as DOJ: $ 32.00; and FBI: $ 19.00. Group discounts are available.

LIVESCAN NEWS:  Remember to always call for an appointment! The Livescan process takes about ten minutes.  Please bring: A valid State or Government issued picture id, driver license, passport, or military id, etc. The completed livescan forms.  We do have some forms available for CUSD Volunteers--see the contact page, Nurse Livescan forms, and blank forms. Payment of cash, check or money order only.  Sorry, no debit or credit cards.

NOTARY SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Basic Notary Services--  Power of Attorney, Certified Copies of Power of Attorney, Trusts, Financial Documents, Insurance Documents, Affidavits, Applications, Adoptions, Deeds, Medical, Employer Verification, Health Care Directives, etc.,   Certified Notary Signing Agent Services-- Laser printing of loan e-docs ($ 35 for two sets of one loan).  Pick-up and delivery $ 1.00 per mile round trip. Faxing or emailing of loan documents $ 35.00. Meeting with clients to obtain all signatures, acknowledgments, jurats, payments, copies of identification, and notarizing as required, etc., Providing confidential notary and loan signing services at a private location of your choice. Notary services $ 10.00 per signature notarized plus travel fee. Loan Document Signing fee $ 150--$ 200, plus $ 75 for second set of loan documents at the same appointment.  Additional time after the first 1 1/2 hours, $ 30 each additional 1/2 hour, or portion thereof.  Rates are for a maximum of two signers, additional signers $ 40 each. Travel fee of $ 1.00 per mile round trip, minimum of $ 25.00. Wait time fee $ 30 each 1/2 hour, or portion thereof. Client no-show, cancellation with in three hours of scheduled appointment, or refusal to sign documents, fee $ 120.00. Please note:  Fee for services are due in full for the completed signing whether or not the loan funds. Other services and fees may apply; last minute, emergency trip, after hours, holiday's, out of area, traffic, county jail sites, etc., call for reasonable rates. Please have a government issued valid picture id for each signer available.  (US Driver license, Military ID, US Passport or Passport with a US Entry Stamp, State Prison Inmate ID, etc.) All fees are due at the time of service.  Accept cash, check, or money orders only.  $25.00 fee for non-payment of check. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot prepare legal documents, cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter, including document interpretation. Notaries have undergone an extensive background screening by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI and are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.
